After my trials with this and testing I thought I'd give some feedback on how filtering works without the use of herbs.
This method is simplified down to 2.5 pounds of fruit to 3 pounds of fruit per day. It took me down to 2.5 pounds of fruit before I saw sediment in my urine. Quite possibly your amount maybe more or less. I personally think the amount of food is based on how weak or how strong your adrenals and kidneys are.

I don't play the calorie game, however Im just noting this for a frame of reference. I'm considering the base calories for the day = 1500 calories. The only thing I measured per day was the weight of the food, its only writing this I'm working out how many calories it is just to give myself and others an idea of how much fruit it is.

APPLE STATS & MATH

1 medium apple = 100 calories
2 medium apples = 200 calories
3 medium apples = 300 calories

1 medium apple = 0.33 pound
2 medium apples = 0.66 pound
3 medium apples = 1 pound

3 medium apples = 300 calories = 1 pound
6 medium apples= 600 calories = 2 pounds
9 medium apples = 900 calories = 3 pounds

APPLE STATS & MATH PART 2

half a pound of medium apples = 150 calories = 1.5 apples

7.5 apples per day = 2.5 pounds per day
750 calories per day = 50%
1500 calories per day = 100%

APPLE STATS & MATH PART 3 - MEAL SIZES AND CALORIES

2.5 pounds = 50%
750 calories = 50%
1500 calories = 100%

3 pounds = 60%
900 calories = 60%
1500 calories = 100%

3.5 pounds = 76.6%
1150 calories = 76.6%
1500 calories = 100%

WHAT DID I LEARN FROM ALL THIS?

The first thing I learned is it takes alot of control to eat this amount of food. Surprisingly I didn't lose any weight, my weight kept stable at around 115lbs using the 2.5 pounds diet. I did run into some issues which I'll discuss, one is reflexology. The points on the bottom feet that relate to the kidneys was in pain all of the time, I was massaging my feet daily and I believe this pain is a lack of hydration to the kidneys. Just a reference I'm currently juicing on 4 pounds of Oranges daily and all kidney pain has gone.

However, the goal of detoxification is to hydrate the body and move lymph, I don't believe this method is good for people just starting out, because when starting out I believe the best thing to do is to hydrate the body. So, I'm now thinking this method is only viable when hydration has taken place and filtration has started. I would consider something like this close to dry-fasting.
The reason I came to this decision is like I said, I found reflexology, and my kidneys always show pain in the nerve endings of the feet. I found that increasing my fruit intake to the point where I didn't feel pain in my feet has been the best thing I've done for my health so far. Increased fruit intake to 4 pounds per day and now pain in the feet has gone. The amount needed may differ from person to person based on their size.

So, thats what I've been working on over the last couple of months. Hydrate the body first, get lymph moving in the body and then this fasting method may be viable. It does show sediment in your urine, but I don't think having constant kidney pain is the way to go when a body such as mine is so acidic.

Thanks for reading, and have a great detox.

Hi Carl,

Thank you for your input, nicely done. I believe that kidney filtering is definitely possible without herbs, however fresh wild herbs are really nice addition to any diet.

Few of my favorites are dandelions, stinging nettle and plantain. It is almost available anywhere even on your own backyard, adding it to your smoothie and you don't even notice that you are consuming some.

I have experienced a lot of filtration on high fruit mono meal diet around 7 to 10 pounds of dragon fruit daily for 2/5 months and 80% raw. I didn't consume almost any herbs at that time. I don't count the calories. :) I ate till I am completely satisfied without overeating.

I found out that it's much easier to stay on high fruit mono meals diet if your favorite fruit is available all the time. I would have probably a hard time doing it with apples but eating fresh figs, champagne mangos or dragon fruit can be easily done all day.

Simplicity is the key. Eat fruit, have fun, be happy, repeat. :)

I completely agree Vladislav Steklac, and the goal of this wasn't to boo hoo herbs, they are a god send. The goal was to see how the body responds to varying amounds of fruits coming in and to see if that plays a role in filtration, and the end result is really yes it does. The least amount of food you consume; the better your chances of filtration and detox will be.

I’m reaching out desperately to anyone who can help. My sister has been fighting for her life for the past two years. She had been scared by AMA to go they chemo and radiation for a fast-growing tumor that was found on her right kidney. She was at stage 4 when diagnosed. She’s just been given the “nothing more we can do” news by her oncologist. She’s only 33 year old. I’ve been listening to Dr. Morse for for the last two years- wish I would have found him sooner. I want to ask if anyone has had any experience with kindness filtration while on chemo. I know it’s a stretch but if acidic bodies can start the filtration process, why can one on chemo? Please help!

If I were you or her, I would call Dr. Morse's clinic ASAP...!

Kidney filtration is possible, but more difficult if you start using more acidic chemicals.

Chemo is putting acids into the body, which are corrosive and damaging to the kidney.

Instead of getting filtration, the kidneys will get inflamed and have a harder time working as designed.

Cancer are simply damaged cells, mutated by the growing acidity in and around them.

Great post. I experienced the very same- pain in my feet found out during reflexology. I‘m clear about what it is- just havent been able to break through. Sediment is appearing in pee- just not as much as i like or need ( hence pain messages) those 4lbs of fruit.. did you eat it or juice it or a combination of both? Understanding, 4lbs was your number and i have to find mine

RE the body's ability to filter strictly by initiating autophagy through dryfasting and/or soft dryfasting, and/or daily intermittent fasting - a big YES.  Professor Valter Longo, a researcher at UCLA department of health and longevity correctly states - from my own experience - that a strict 4-days dryfast will largely clear the kidney tubules.  I've seen many dryfasters whose skin (the third kidney) clear up after a 4 days dryfast.

To help allay fears and false data about dryfasting I refer to Dr. Sergei Filonov who runs a fasting clinic.  Before I read Dr. Filonov's write-ups I already knew from my own dryfasting experience that the body goes into high performance autophagy/de-toxification at around day 9.  All of my dryfasting towards restoring thyroid function has been for 13 days, strict dryfasting (no water or food or showers 24/7 for 13 days).  No harm has been done and only ongoing detoxification starting from the kidneys, adrenals and bowels, and slowly moving up through the lymph system, and finally reaching up into the brain and its nerves.  The body does this all by itself without any assists from herbs.

My body no longer relies on glandulars, and my thyroid was removed in 1971.

So, with thousands of hours over a few years of strict dryfasting to initiate the de-toxification process called autophagy (an enzymatic activity) on sequestered cells, I've come to view herbal tinctures as excitors and directors and can be wisely used to assist.  I can play at being the symphony director of the body and tell it where to focus using herbal tinctures.  Do I absolutely have to?  No, the body is 100% capable of cleansing and restoring itself - I've proven that to myself at least.

For people who for whatever reason eschew any form of fasting, then, yes, by all means, herbs and fruits and highly alkaline cold-brews of organic alfalfa tea for the win.  As for dietary enhancements, the dryfasting vanished all my former cravings for lean meats, salty snacks, processed starchy foods (rice and pastas for example), sulfurous veggies, and processed sweets.  I do not anymore have to exert any self-discipline - I simply no longer have any such desires, and prior to dryfasting I used to finish up a bag of salty oily potato chips before I reached the exit of the grocery store, and as a former foodie, I loved all my creative pasta and rice dishes.   Now I'd rather reach for a bag of frozen Bing cherries or juice some apples with lemons - make the body sing  :-)
