Interesting, but my Dad is in the 10%, he’s underweight and has type 2 diabetes, so no fasting for him. He has a good diet, not perfect. Ie breakfast – porridge, Lunch – main meal usually meat/fish & 3/4 veg. Dinner egg on toast, bake beans this could be improved a bit. He eats 1-2 fruit a day & a few other snacks, some days snacks could be a bit better. But over all has a well balanced decent diet.
But I will look into hydration and maybe some form of probiotic. He is also on a lot of medication.
Any ideas?
